Hello everyone,
I'm organizing a group (we probably need at least 4 people) to cut back/trim some trees along Elm Creek which need to be removed. These trees are falling into the creek and causing several problems:
- Causing the shoreline banks to cave into the creek
- Hazard to navigation by blocking the channel
- Collecting debris as it floats up the creek
We will not need to cut the trees up much; they can be used almost full size to install horizontally along the bank to prevent erosion. The areas of concern we would be working on are from the Nord's property around the bend to County Road 30.
