As a result of a request by RLAA, the City of Maple Grove Parks Department trimmed/removed trees along Elm Creek between County Road 30 and the entrance to Rice Lake the week of February 3-6, 2026.
Trees which were considered to be hazards to navigation were removed, along with many ash trees in the same vicinity. This project satisfied the needs of both RLAA as well as the City.
